Q: What format is the movie in?
A: The Fracktaplots is a .mov file and Klayworld Off the Table is supplied in a .m4v file. Both have been tested with a wide range of popular devices and we recommend using Quicktime or iTunes for playback on your computer. Both movies come in a .zip file to decrease download times.
Q: It wont let me log in to download the movie!
A: Make sure you are using your paypal email address and the password provided to you in the purchase information email.
Q: The download fails or stops before completing.
